100 days of action,
a lifetime of
change.
100
Working worldwide, we use 100-Day Challenges to unlock hidden potential, build real momentum, and drive results that actually stick.
- INSIGHTS
Why 100 days
changes everything.
We work with organisations to tackle complex challenges using the simple, flexible 100-Day Challenge approach to jump-start change and see real results — within 100 days.
ACCELERATE
Strategy that actually
moves
We take bite-sized pieces of a long-term strategy and implement them in achievable, short-term cycles. No more waiting years to see if a plan worked.
UNLOCK POTENTIAL
People who don't normally sit together
Multidisciplinary, multi-level teams are put around one table. The team — not consultants — owns the process, which is why solutions last.
SUSTAIN IMPACT
Change that doesn't
disappear
Each 100-Day cycle builds capability, trust, and culture. Successive waves spiral upward — improving accountability, innovation, and performance for good.
DEVELOP LEADERS
Leaders who deliver
differently
People at every level understand how their role connects to the bigger picture. That’s what makes it purposeful, not just productive.
- IMPLEMENTATIONS
Real projects.
Real results.
Implementers of 100-Day Challenges share a common methodology — but every project has its own story. There’s no blueprint you can copy; each site generates its own solutions. That’s the point.

- IDENTITY
Where the work
lives online.
iResults manages and operates two interlinked dedicated platforms — one for building organisational capacity, one for the GBVF movement in collaboration with Eish Impact Africa. Together, they make the 100-Day Challenge approach accessible, trackable, and contagious.
LEARNING PLATFORM
The World
of Impact
The World of Impact is where anyone curious about 100-Day Challenges can go deeper. It’s the online classroom and story archive behind the approach.
Here you’ll find:
- An introductory course covering the essence of the 100-Day Challenge methodology
- Exhibits — real stories, video reflections and case studies from 100-Day teams across sectors and countries (justice, mining, education, local government and more)
- Resources — articles, blogs and media on 100-Day Challenges and related work
- Capacity-building programmes — organisations can express interest in joining a live programme
It’s the natural starting point if you want to understand how the methodology works before running one yourself.
SOCIAL SECTOR MOVEMENT
Ending
GBVF
Ending GBVF is where the approach is applied at scale: a multi-year, multi-sector movement using 100-Day Challenges to accelerate South Africa’s National Strategic Plan on Gender-Based Violence and Femicide at local level.
Since 2021, it has tracked challenge teams across:
Municipalities, local government, courts and the Department of Justice, TVET & PSET colleges, universities, and Social Development departments.
Here you’ll find:
- An Impact Map showing teams and results
- Impact Stories — frontline breakthroughs searchable by sector
- The Movement Story — who’s behind it and why
- Ways to register your own independent challenge
