This Privacy Policy explains how iResults collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) of South Africa.

1. Who We Are

iResults is a South African consultancy specialising in results-based facilitation, organisational development and social impact methodology — including the 100-Day Challenge model.

2. What Personal Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that is necessary for us to serve you:

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, phone number (optional), organisation name, and the message you send us.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: your name and email address when you subscribe to our updates.
  • Event and workshop registrations: name, email address, organisation, role, and any dietary or accessibility requirements you choose to provide.
  • Website usage data: anonymised information about how you navigate our website, collected through analytics tools (see Section 6).

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as your identity number, health data, or financial details) through our website.

3. Why We Collect Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiries submitted through our contact form.
  • To send you our newsletter and service updates — only when you have subscribed.
  • To manage your registration for events, workshops or training sessions.
  • To improve our website and communications based on anonymised usage data.
  • To comply with any applicable legal obligations.

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than those stated above without your prior consent.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Consent: when you subscribe to our newsletter or complete a contact form.
  • Contractual necessity: when processing is needed to fulfil a registration or service agreement with you.
  • Legitimate interest: for anonymised website analytics that help us improve our services.
  • Legal obligation: where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Contact form enquiries: retained for up to 2 years for follow-up purposes, then securely deleted.
  • Newsletter subscriber data: retained for as long as you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Event registration data: retained for up to 3 years for programme records, then deleted.
  • Website analytics data: anonymised and retained per the relevant tool provider’s settings.

6. Third-Party Services We Use

We use the following trusted third-party services that may process your personal information on our behalf:

Google Analytics/Tag Manager: Purpose: Anonymised website usage analytics.  policies.google.com

Jotform: Purpose – Online forms for registrations and enquiries – jotform.com/privacy

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

7. Cross-Border Transfers

Some of our third-party service providers (including Google) operate servers outside of South Africa. Where your personal information is transferred outside South Africa, we ensure that it is protected to a standard at least equivalent to POPIA, in accordance with Section 72 of the Act.

8. Your Rights Under POPIA

Access

Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Correction

Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

Deletion

Request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal obligations.

Objection

Object to the processing of your personal information for specific purposes.

Withdraw Consent

Withdraw consent at any time — for example, by unsubscribing from our newsletter.

Complain

Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your rights have been violated.

9. Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to support basic site functionality and anonymised analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the site.

We do not use cookies for advertising or to track you across other websites.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. For significant changes, we will notify newsletter subscribers by email.
