Meet the
Director
Alrien van der Walt is a catalyst for driving change and innovation, with a relentless passion for achieving tangible results that changes systems, a 100 days at a time.
She focuses on bolstering local capacity to effect positive change within systems, organisations and communities, using the 100-Day Challenge approach.
She is working worldwide with leaders to design and facilitating 100-Day Challenge and was part of the team that helped shape the Government Accelerator Diploma within the Prime Minister’s Office of the UAE. She is currently at the forefront of a collaborative national movement-building programme in South Africa, applying the 100-Day Challenge approach.
Alrien was born and raised in South Africa, and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering alongside an Honours BA in Political Science.
