Implementers of 100-Day Challenges share a common methodology, but every business and project has a very different story to tell. There is a golden thread weaving through these successful stories, but there is no blueprint; each organisation has to develop its own solutions to ensure success, while learning from the good practices of other 100-Day Challenge teams.

Strategy Implementation
A small number of engagements where iResults worked at the strategic level with an organisation’s leadership team — shaping the change agenda, sequencing a portfolio of 100-Day Challenges, or advising on how it fits into a broader turnaround or growth strategy.
Performance Improvement
100-day initiatives aimed at lifting production, throughput, cycle time, drilling quality, utilisation or efficiency at an existing operation. The largest and most common project type in the portfolio.
Business Turnaround
Corporate-level process, governance or commercial change: KPI and reporting systems, project management systems, contract/pricing models, standardisation and roll-out, workload planning and supply-chain service improvement.
Innovation
Sprints
Short, structured pilots that introduced new ways of working — including Theory of Constraints implementations, Operations Research (OR) workshops, converting projects into 100-day increments, and other one-off methodology pilots.
Asset Optimisation
Projects focused on the productivity, availability, cost, or lifecycle of existing plant, equipment, and fleets: maintenance strategy, spares and stock, fleet cost and tracking, energy/consumable consumption, and storage/stockpile management.
New Technology Rollouts
Introduction of new equipment, automation, or systems: automation of trucks/dozers/drill rigs; robotic sampling; point-cloud applications; and other technology deployments.
Risk Mitigation & Safety
Projects related to safety, security, environmental compliance, or incident/damage reduction, including Code of Practice implementation and safety consequence management.
Capacity
Building
Challenges designed, implemented and supported in-house by teams and organisations that iResults trained to run the 100-Day Challenge themselves, rather than being facilitated directly by iResults. Now the fastest-growing part of the portfolio, carrying programmes such as the Ending GBVF initiative.
